NetForum Enterprise 2017.1.16 Service Pack Release

We are very excited to announce the release of the NetForum Enterprise 2017.1.17 service pack. This service pack comes with valuable updates and bug fixes.

What's New

In this release we have some very exciting new features and updates. The shopping cart merchandise selector enables you to setup size and color options for customers to select when shopping in iWeb. Our Integration Framework includes Pub/Sub, Message Queuing and inbound and outbound webhooks. This release also includes an update to vertex integration and several User Interface updates and much more.

Shopping Cart Merchandise Selector

This new feature enables you display merchandise items that come in multiple sizes and color but enable your customers to see one item when shopping and select the size and color they would like. This creates a much better shopping experience for your customers and it’s very easy to setup. Survey Link.

Integration Framework

As part of NetForum’s continuing enhancement of our integration framework we’ve added outbound webhooks to complete our inbound/outbound messaging functionality.  This is Integration Framework that supports Pub/Sub, Message Queuing, & Outbound Webhooks through custom Message Types and NetForum WorkFlows. Included are custom scenarios that support Zapier, AWS SMS Services, and Azure Service Bus connectors out of the box for some specific scenarios.

New Features and Enhancements

In this release we have some very exciting new features and updates. While a mouthful to say, our new “Common iWeb Authentication Provider Abstraction” enables you to integrate with alternative ways to authenticate users logging into NetForum such as Facebook, Google etc. Also, our performance improvements around accounting invoice data are designed to provide faster mass processes including renewals and other invoice based scheduled tasks as well as large queries related to invoices.

Outlook 365 Integration

Our new outlook 365 integration links outlook to your NetForum database. This allows you to communicate with your customers directly through outlook but see those communications you have sent and received on your customer records in NetForum. This creates a centralized location for your customer communication consolidating and simplifying communication for your staff.

Subscription Autopay

Released in 2017.1.13 our service pack, the Subscription Autopay functionality when used in conjunction with scheduled subscription renewal tasks and stored payments enables you to create an automated perpetual renewal cycle. This reduces hands on work for your staff and streamlines the mass renewal process.

Please note that while these items are targeted for the next service pack, priorities and focus does sometimes shift and the need to push things out is sometimes necessary.
