The Chapter Portal is a collection of features that allows Chapter Admins to manager chapter activities through eWeb. A Chapter Admin is an individual in NetForum related to a chapter with a relationship type that has the chapter area access and edit flags enabled.

Let your users login to NetForum Enterprise iWeb with their Windows account credentials by adding Single-Sign-On via a SAML integration. NetForum iWeb will be configured as a Service Provider and can be integrated with Microsoft Azure AD, Office 365, Okta, or any SAML 2.0 compliant ldP to implement SSO.
Sometimes referred to as “Log Me In As,” this feature will allow iWeb users to login to a customer’s eWeb account without the need to share personal login credentials. This allows iWeb users, usually operating in a customer service capacity, to assist customers with issues they are having on their online account. The functionality will allow iWeb users to originate the login from the customer’s iWeb record and only one user can be impersonated at a time.
NetForum Enterprise integrates with the National Change of Address database (CorrectAddress) to allow you to make sure you have the most up-to-date addresses for your customers. The NCOA database holds key information for people who have moved to a new address and allows you the ability to change that address so mail can continue to follow your customer to their new home. NetForum provides services to do a mass update to your addresses at a monthly or quarterly occurrence by our expert staff.
Community Brands will implement our configurable Call to Action tool that supports flexible list selection, advanced segmentation, and the ability to configure export processes in the formats needed by 3rd party email broadcast tools. It also allows users to create a campaign, appeal, segment source codes, and cost packages for each mailing or email blast, so that the overall effectiveness and ROI can be measured over time.
NetForum will use the open APIs provided by Cvent to streamline hotel booking for event registrants and integrates with third party event registration systems. NetForum will communicate with Cvent to send registrant specific information and receive back the attendee’s Bridge ID to send to PassKey. PassKey provides the attendee’s registration link that will be sent to the attendee in the confirmation email.

The integration allows webinar creation to automatically occur in Zoom when a registration is created in NetForum, it also tracks attendance, poll responses, CEU credits within both systems – allowing for seamless data across accounts and no manual uploads. Send an email report that combines two key NetForum Enterprise functionalities in one, send mass emails with customized content using marketing templates and report file generation using the reports module. This solution allows iWeb users to: configure email report profiles, track email performance reports under the Reports module and in the CS Email Report menu. Additionally, recipients can be defined via standard NFE query or custom SQL. This helpful add-on can help you deepen personalization and gain deeper insights from your email data.
